Meat Hook

The Meat Hook is a rare innate weapon in the Barbed and Butcher sets that pulls any unit up to 10 tiles toward you — cardinal or diagonal — dealing no direct damage. Being innate means it's always available without limited uses, though the innate version doesn't contribute to set bonuses the way a found copy does. The utility is entirely positional: drag ranged enemies into melee range, pull a priority threat away from your vulnerable backline, or reorder the enemy formation before your cats act. It can also collect distant pickups.

The Smash! ability prevents the hook from breaking and makes its 3x damage boost permanent while active. Fish Hook in the trinket slot also pairs naturally here — both share Barbed set membership, and any knockback from a follow-up melee hit converts to bonus damage via Fish Hook.
