Pinwheel

The Pinwheel is a Wind-element melee weapon in the Paper set with 1 damage, Knockback 1, and 10-16 uses — and it can be used up to 3 times per turn. Three knockbacks per round can meaningfully reorder a fight, steadily pushing enemies back while your cats act. Three Wind-element hits per turn also matter for builds that interact with elemental damage or on-hit triggers.

At 1 damage per swing, direct damage output is negligible. The value is in the multi-hit knockback and Wind element. Fish Hook in the trinket slot converts each Knockback 1 into 1 bonus damage — minor individually but it fires three times per turn. It contributes to Paper set bonuses alongside items like Crisp Paper.
