Rotten Meat Armor

An uncommon neck armor from The Boneyard, part of the Rotten set. Like the rest of the Rotten set, it costs 1 CHA but generates a free Charmed Maggot or Fly at the end of each turn via SpawnEachTurn. The neck slot version of the Rotten Meat Hat, and equally valuable for summoner builds — stacking multiple Rotten pieces means more minions spawning each round, rapidly building a swarm of undead insects to overwhelm enemies.
