Steven Marrow is a very rare trinket that starts with 4 Shield and generates additional shield passively, at the cost of -3 CON. The CON penalty reduces your maximum HP, making you more fragile, but the extra shield generation compensates by creating a renewable barrier. Best on cats that can stay healthy enough to use the shield repeatedly without being bursted through their lower health pool.
