Reduces the wearer's spell costs by 2 mana and scrambles every spell cast by any cat for the rest of the battle, randomizing outcomes in chaotic fashion. Grants the Metal status. Part of the Bionic and Cyborg sets. Obtained by defeating the C-1000 boss.
