Used Shirt

The Used Shirt is a common head armor in the Used set with +1 Shield and no special effects. It's purely a filler defensive piece — useful only if your head slot is empty and nothing more valuable has appeared. Part of the Used set alongside the Mangy Wig, so it can contribute to set bonuses if you're building that way.

+1 Shield is the lowest defensive return for a head armor slot — it softens individual hits very slightly but won't meaningfully change survivability on its own. The item's entire case rests on its Used set membership. Other Used set pieces like the Attractive Hair Clip and Colostomy Bag offer notable combat effects, so wearing the Used Shirt as a filler piece to help activate set bonuses can be worth the negligible Shield contribution.

Equip it only when you're actively building the Used set and need another piece in the head slot, or when absolutely nothing better is available. Replace it at the first opportunity with a head armor that provides meaningful defense or a useful special effect. The Used Shirt is the kind of common filler item that's only good because equipping it is better than having an empty slot — and even then, only barely.
