Bloodzerked

When you deal health damage to a bleeding unit, heal that much health.

Bloodzerked is a powerful offensive buff that heals the unit for the full amount of health damage it deals to bleeding targets. Any time a Bloodzerked unit deals health damage to a unit with the Bleed debuff, it recovers health equal to the damage dealt. This creates a devastating synergy with Bleed-focused builds, turning Bleed application into both a damage and sustain strategy.

Bloodzerked works on all damage types, not just physical attacks, as long as the target is bleeding. This means spells and abilities also trigger the healing effect when hitting bleeding enemies. The healing applies to health damage specifically, so damage absorbed by Shield does not trigger Bloodzerked healing. There is a known visual bug when Bloodzerked is combined with the Lifesteal status effect, but both effects function correctly in terms of actual healing.

Bloodzerked is a battle-long effect that persists for the entire combat, making it a sustained source of healing rather than a one-time buff. Combined with Serrated Claws (which applies Bleed on basic attacks) and high damage output, a Bloodzerked cat can maintain nearly full health throughout extended fights. This makes Bloodzerked one of the strongest sustain tools for aggressive melee builds, particularly in encounters where enemies accumulate Bleed stacks from multiple sources.
