Elite Buff: Reactive (Boss)

Internal engine status effect. This is the boss-specific variant of the Reactive elite buff. Reactive causes the enemy to counterattack or trigger a special response when hit, such as retaliating with damage, applying debuffs, or gaining buffs on taking damage. The boss version may have stronger or more frequent reactive triggers.
