Overview
The Father is not a standalone boss fight. He appears as an untargetable 6-armed entity during Phase 4 of The Creator boss encounter in The Infinite, the game's final dungeon. The Father acts as an environmental hazard during The Child phase, slamming all units to the edges of the arena at the end of every round and spawning Cherubim corpses.
Role in The Creator Fight
The Father appears after The Destroyer is defeated, summoning The Child in a glass jar. While The Child is the actual targetable enemy in this phase, The Father provides constant pressure by knocking all units to the arena edges at the end of each round. This forced repositioning disrupts your formation and makes it difficult to maintain consistent damage on The Child.
Cherubim Mechanic
Alongside his slam attack, The Father causes Cherubim corpses to fall from the sky. These corpses can block line of sight, but they can also be revived and then slain to grant the All Stats Up buff. Managing these corpses is key to gaining an advantage during the punishing Child phase.
Strategy
Since The Father cannot be targeted, there is no way to stop his slam attacks. Plan your positioning each round knowing that everyone will be shoved to the edges at round's end. Use the early parts of each round to deal maximum damage to The Child and then prepare for the reset.
Conserve healing resources throughout the earlier Creator phases specifically for this final stretch. The combination of The Father's slams, The Child's cycling spells, and the inability to resurrect downed cats makes this the most resource-intensive portion of the fight.
