Defeat Guillotina on Hard difficulty to unlock Tina's Belly Button, a head armor that grants +1 Health Regen on kills. On Hard, Guillotina's HP scales to 120% and she gains elite effects that make her already punishing attacks even deadlier. Her inhale and swallow combo can still instantly kill cats if you are not careful, and the enrage at 50% HP is more dangerous with the extra health pool. Prioritize Poison to offset her healing, keep your party mobile to avoid getting swallowed, and use Immobilize or Petrify to reduce her action count during critical turns.
