Disorder
Schizophrenia
At the end of your turn, spawn a hallucination. It has Madness, attacks any unit except you, and fades after its turn.
Schizophrenia causes your cat to spawn a hallucination at the end of each turn. The hallucination is a temporary unit with Madness (meaning it attacks any unit except your cat), and it fades after taking its own turn. This gives you a free extra attacker every turn that targets enemies and allies indiscriminately, creating chaos on the battlefield. The hallucination acts autonomously, so you have no control over who it attacks.
Schizophrenia is heritable and can pass from parent to kitten through breeding. It can also be acquired through events or applied with a Disorder Syringe from the Organ Grinder. The hallucination spawns every turn without fail, so each battle will see multiple hallucinations appear and attack over its duration. Since the hallucination has Madness, it will target the nearest unit regardless of friend or foe, which means keeping your allies away from the hallucination's spawn point is important.
Strategically, Schizophrenia is most effective when your Schizophrenic cat is positioned near enemy clusters but away from allies. In solo runs or builds where the cat fights alone, the hallucination becomes a pure advantage since there are no allies to accidentally hit. It pairs well with Dark One (which deals damage to all units) for maximum chaos, and the extra attacks from hallucinations can trigger on-hit effects if they inherit any. Avoid this disorder in tight formations where hallucinations might down your own support cats.
