Core Freak

A blind melee fighter encountered in The Core. Despite impaired senses, the Core Freak is highly dangerous up close — it can unleash a rapid flurry of melee strikes or execute a powerful headbutt that stuns its target for a turn.

The Blind status means Core Freak cannot target cats at distance reliably, but once it closes to melee range it becomes very threatening. The CoreFreakFury ability likely represents its multi-hit flurry attack, which can deal significant cumulative damage before your cats can respond. The stun from headbutt then locks a cat out of its turn, compounding the pressure.

Keep cats at range to exploit the Blind debuff — Core Freak's blindness hampers its ability to path toward targets it can't see, and ranged attacks can chip it down safely. If it does close the gap, use your own stun or knockback abilities to push it away before the Fury attack activates. Avoid letting Core Freak reach your backline support cats.
