Rover is a Moon chapter cat enemy with 6 HP and 8 shield that relies on a chaining dash attack for its offense. Each dash can chain into additional dashes, letting it cover significant ground and strike multiple targets in a single turn. Its high shield pool makes it resilient against conventional attacks; shield-bypassing abilities are the most efficient way to deal with it.
