Superhero Set

The Superhero Set applies Webbed status to the target of your first spell each turn, slowing or binding them in place. This free crowd control pairs naturally with follow-up spells that benefit from stationary targets, or with melee allies who can capitalize on immobilized enemies. Consistent Webbing turn after turn makes threatening enemies far easier to manage, especially when combined with damage-dealing spells that hit entangled targets harder.

Superhero Set pieces use cape-and-hero themed gear across head, neck, and face slots. The 3-piece bonus automatically applies Webbed to the target of your first spell action each turn, alongside the spell's normal effect. Webbed restricts the affected unit's movement, keeping them in place for follow-up attacks. This proc requires no extra action and fires reliably on the first spell of every turn.

Superhero Set turns any spellcaster into a reliable crowd controller. The automatic Webbing on your opening spell each turn means you can reliably pin one high-threat enemy per round without burning a dedicated CC action. Compare to the Flower Set's terrain-based entangle or Tentacle Set's own debuff cleanse: Superhero Set provides offensive CC while the others are more defensive. The Hybrid Set's first-spell double-cast bonus would apply to the same spell that triggers Superhero's Webbing, meaning the first spell of your turn hits twice AND applies Webbed — a powerful combination for spellcasting control builds.
