Alien Stalk

Alien Stalk is a very rare head armor that triggers a status effect every time the wearer takes damage to health or shield. At very rare rarity the status it applies is likely potent — stronger than the common Halo's equivalent effect. Like other on-damage reactive helmets it rewards tanky cats who get hit often, turning every successful enemy attack into a status application.
