Recycled Ball Gag

A repurposed ball gag finding new purpose as face armor. Shield:2 is modest, but StatusOnTookDamage and StatusOnDie give it two reactive procs — a debuff each time damage is received, and another on death. Best suited to tanks or builds designed to absorb many hits, where the frequent damage triggers translate into constant status pressure on attackers.
