The collar belonging to Chubs, Mewgenics' rotund boss cat. STR+1 adds a bit of physical punch, and OverrideBasicAttack replaces the standard basic attack with a spin attack that fires a poison shot when the wearer takes damage. A rare drop from the Chubs Blind boss encounter, it's a strong offensive neck piece that turns both attacking and being attacked into compound threats.
