Head Grub

An uncommon head armor from The Desert, part of the Grub set. Grants +3 Shield and spawns a Maggot familiar when your shield runs out and the armor breaks. A defensive piece with a consolation prize built in — you lose the shield but gain a minion. Works well in summoner builds that want more bodies on the field, or simply as insurance in difficult encounters where breaking armor is expected.
