Jar of Radiated Blood is a quest trinket in the Radioactive item set — the Jar of Radiation after being filled with the Throbbing King's blood. It spawns something when the bearer takes damage and applies a status effect at the end of each battle, making it a key step in the Nuke quest chain that must be delivered to Dr. Beanies without being consumed as a power-up.

The filled Jar's damage-triggered spawn mechanic means the bearer is actively rewarded for taking hits — whether spawning allies, items, or other effects, the filled blood provides incidental benefits while it is being transported. The end-of-battle status application ensures it keeps interacting passively even during the delivery phase. Unlike the empty Jar of Radiation, the blood-filled version has stopped dealing passive damage to everyone at turn end.
