SharkySmellsBlood activates when enemies are wounded, driving the wearer into a frenzy — likely granting bonus damage or speed against injured targets. AddStatusToBasicAttack applies a debuff with every basic strike on top of that. A strong aggressive neck piece for melee builds that hunt wounded enemies and want to pile on pressure.

SharkySmellsBlood triggers when enemies in range or in the encounter are below full health, granting the wearer a combat boost. This could be a damage amplifier against wounded targets, increased speed to reach them, or some other frenzy state. Since most enemies in combat are wounded by mid-fight, this passive reliably activates during the middle and late stages of encounters. AddStatusToBasicAttack stacks debuffs on top of every hit, combining offensive burst with status application.

Best on aggressive melee builds that focus-fire wounded targets to maximize the blood-scent trigger. The combination of a conditional frenzy and status-on-hit creates increasing pressure as enemies get damaged. Pairs with any other status-on-hit item (Ringworm face, Tapeworm trinket) for multi-status application per attack. In encounters with many weakened enemies, SharkySmellsBlood can remain continuously active, giving the wearer a sustained damage boost for the majority of the fight.
