An uncommon neck armor from The Bunker, part of the Gimp set. Like the Ball Gag and Leather Hood, it grants +2 Charge each time you take damage. The neck slot piece of the Gimp set — wearing all three Gimp pieces means every hit generates 6 Charge total, rapidly fueling Charge-consuming abilities or effects. Designed for builds that intentionally absorb punishment to build power.
