The passive aura means enemies in range suffer steadily without any active input — useful for cats that hold position in the middle of a fight. Running both Radioactive pieces doubles the aura pressure on everything nearby.

The head slot is the most valuable armor position, and the Radioactive Hat fills it with a moderate +2 Shield alongside DepressionAura and StatusOnBattleEnd. Three passives across the full Radioactive set in every armor slot mean the cat radiates three separate aura stacks, each independently reducing enemy combat capability. StatusOnBattleEnd from all three pieces fires three times at the end of each fight, potentially applying multiple status effects to carry into the next encounter.

Best for frontliners who position aggressively in enemy melee range, ensuring the DepressionAura covers as many targets as possible each turn. The Radioactive Hat as a standalone head piece offers +2 Shield and the aura passive at uncommon rarity, which is a reasonable option when rare headgear is unavailable. Completing the set with the Mask and Necklace is recommended for runs targeting area-debuff strategies or metal synergies.
