Rain Hat

The Rain Hat is an uncommon head armor that grants +1 to all stats while the wearer is Wet. Wet is normally a negative status that makes armor Brittle — this item inverts that relationship, turning a hazard into a buff window. As long as you can keep the Wet status active (water tiles, rain effects, abilities that apply Wet), every stat on the cat improves.

The main challenge is reliably maintaining Wet throughout a fight rather than just catching it incidentally. Builds with access to self-applied Wet — or combat zones with water hazards — get consistent value. Without a way to refresh the Wet status it may fade mid-fight, cutting the bonus at an unpredictable moment. Worth building around if your run has the tools to support it.
