Skull Clamp is a rare head armor that clamps down with 10 Shield, Brace damage reduction, and melee retaliation — all at the cost of -6 INT. This is one of the heaviest defensive helmets available, ideal for pure melee tanks that have no need for intelligence. Enemies who punch through will take melee revenge damage in return, and Brace reduces how much even that first hit hurts.
