Trash Can

A literal trash can jammed over the head. The 10 Shield and Brace passive make it one of the most durable head slots in the game, but Blind completely negates accuracy for targeted attacks. This makes it best suited to melee brawlers attacking adjacent targets (where accuracy penalties don't apply), or builds relying on AoE, thorns, and passive procs rather than aimed fire. An extreme tank option for the right build.

Shield:10 is one of the highest head armor shield values in the game, absorbing massive amounts of incoming damage before health is touched. Brace reduces knockback force on top. Blind prevents all aimed attacks from landing — ranged shots, targeted abilities, and any attack requiring accuracy all miss. This makes the wearer unable to reliably attack from range but completely transforms them into a near-unkillable melee tank when paired with appropriate weapons.

Trash Can requires complete commitment to adjacent melee or passive-damage builds. Optimal on cats using thorns, on-hit procs, and melee attacks that don't use targeting mechanics. Pairs with Gemstone Bones, Bear Trap Mask, and Barbed Scrap for a full passive-retaliation build that doesn't need to aim at anything. Combining it with Eye Of God in the face slot counteracts the Blind penalty on targeted attacks if ranged ability is needed.
