Rare neck armor from the Tank set. Grants +2 Shield and adds a status effect to knockback damage. Metal-tagged. Part of a set built around maximizing knockback — the Pads apply debuffs when enemies are sent flying, the Helmet adds raw knockback damage, and the Tattoo amplifies knockback distance. Strong on cats that can repeatedly push enemies into walls or off ledges.

The AddStatusToKnockbackDamage passive activates whenever the wearer's knockback deals damage, applying a status effect at the moment of impact. The +2 Shield provides meaningful damage reduction, and the Metal tag interacts with abilities or items that reference metal-type equipment. The status proc is separate from the Helmet's flat bonus damage, so both fire on the same hit when wearing both pieces.

Best on any cat with reliable knockback abilities that hit repeatedly. The status application on every knockback hit can stack debuffs quickly on a single target or spread them across grouped enemies. Pairing with the Helmet (damage) and Tattoo (distance) completes the set, but the Pads alone offer solid value even without the others: +2 Shield plus a status proc is strong for neck armor at rare tier.
