Veiny Hat

A rare head armor from The End, part of the Veiny set. Each time you damage a Bleeding unit, gain +1 Speed. Found only in The End, the game's final chapter.

Because The End is the final zone, the Veiny Hat is only useful for encounters within that chapter and any subsequent boss fights. Bleed builds that have maintained their strategy across the full run arrive at The End with sources of reliable Bleed application, making the hat's speed accumulation particularly effective here where enemies have high HP pools.

Combined with the full Veiny set, every hit against a Bleeding enemy accelerates your turn economy, making the set a powerful closer for Bleed builds in endgame encounters. Works best on fast-attacking classes like Fighter or Hunter that can land many hits and maximize the per-hit speed stacks.
