A rare head armor from The End, part of the Veiny set. Each time you damage a Bleeding unit, gain +1 Speed. Found only in The End, the game's final chapter, the Veiny Hat is a reward for Bleed-focused builds that have sustained their strategy across the full run. Combined with the full Veiny set, every hit against a Bleeding enemy accelerates your turn economy, making the set a powerful closer for Bleed builds in endgame encounters.
