A rare neck armor from The End, part of the Veiny set. Whenever you deal damage to a Bleeding enemy, you gain +1 Speed. In a build that reliably keeps enemies Bleeding — through weapons, abilities, or other armor — this translates into a compounding speed bonus that lets you act more frequently. The Veiny set is a late-game Bleed payoff, rewarding investment in Bleed application with accelerating momentum throughout a fight.
