Elite Buff: Healthy

+3 Health Regen. +20 unfilled max health.

Internal engine status effect. This is the status applied to elite enemies with the Healthy modifier. Healthy grants the enemy a substantial health bonus, giving them a much larger health pool than their normal counterpart.

Healthy elites are straightforward to fight but take longer to kill due to the inflated health. Unlike Hardy (which adds damage resistance), Healthy simply increases raw hit points, meaning all damage types are equally effective. The extra health does not change the enemy's behavior or damage output, making Healthy one of the least threatening elite modifiers in terms of combat danger.

The main risk with Healthy elites is the extended fight duration pushing your team toward Exhaustion. Bring enough sustained damage and mana recovery to handle the longer fight. Damage-over-time effects are efficient against Healthy enemies since the large health pool gives more turns for DoT to accumulate damage. In multi-elite encounters, Healthy enemies are low priority targets since their only advantage is durability.
