Elite Buff: Speedy

Internal engine status effect. This is the status applied to elite enemies with the Speedy modifier. Speedy grants the enemy increased movement range and higher initiative, letting them close distance quickly and act before most cats. Speedy elites are hard to kite and can catch backline cats off guard.
