Elite Buff: Static (Boss)

Internal engine status effect. This is the boss-specific variant of the Static elite buff. Static causes the enemy to discharge electricity when hit, applying Shock or Short Circuit to melee attackers. The boss version may discharge more frequently, deal more damage, or have a wider discharge radius.
