Disorder

Gigantism

Trample.

Gigantism grants your cat the Trample ability, allowing it to deal damage to enemies by moving through or over them. Trample is an extremely useful mobility-offense hybrid that lets your cat damage enemies as part of its movement action, effectively getting free attacks without spending an action. The larger size from Gigantism also likely affects the cat's physical presence on the battlefield.

Gigantism is heritable and can pass from parent to kitten through breeding. It can also be acquired through events or applied with a Disorder Syringe from the Organ Grinder. This disorder is related to Elephantiasis, which also grants Trample but only after 8 battles and with cumulative Speed penalties and Shield bonuses. Gigantism provides Trample immediately with no ramp-up period, making it a more straightforward choice for builds that want the effect right away.

Strategically, Gigantism is one of the better purely offensive disorders since Trample gives you free damage during movement without any apparent downside. It works best on mobile cats with high Speed that move through enemy formations regularly. Pair it with The Zoomies (movement becomes a dash attack) for maximum movement-based damage, or use it on tanks that walk through enemy lines to reach priority targets. Gigantism is less useful on stationary or ranged builds that rarely move through enemy positions.
