Brick Set

The Brick Set combines solid defensive Shield with knockback immunity, making you an immovable wall in the formation. Knockback immunity prevents enemies from repositioning you against your will — crucial in fights with heavy pushback attacks that break formation or push into hazards. The +4 Shield absorbs damage while the immunity keeps you exactly where you want to be.

Brick Set pieces include Brick Hat (Head), Brick Necklace (Neck), and Brick Mask (Face). It's a compact 3-slot set with no weapon or trinket options, so the pieces fully occupy your armor slots. The 3-piece bonus provides +4 Shield and complete immunity to knockback — you simply cannot be moved against your will, regardless of how much knockback an attack carries.

Brick Set is best for melee tanks who need to hold a position — blocking a chokepoint, protecting a backline ally, or staying adjacent to a healing source. Knockback immunity is especially valuable against boss enemies with strong shove attacks or in rooms with environmental hazards at the edges. Note that the Rubber Set's knockback bonus becomes entirely wasted against a Brick Set wearer, so running both sets on the same character or letting a Rubber-equipped ally hit you is counterproductive.
