Provides Shield:3 and STR+2 for a mix of defense and offense, adds Thorns to punish anyone who swings at the wearer, and overrides the basic attack — likely replacing it with a headbutt or charge befitting its bovine origins. A well-rounded aggressive head slot that rewards enemies for attacking you while amplifying your own damage output.

STR+2 directly amplifies melee damage and strength-based ability scaling. Thorns returns physical damage to any enemy that hits the wearer in melee, making every exchange cost the attacker. ReplaceBasicMove likely overrides the standard move action with a unique charge or trample ability, potentially dealing damage on movement and giving the wearer more aggressive positioning options than normal.

Cow Skull is excellent for STR-focused melee builds that want both offensive stat boosting and reactive defense in the head slot. The replaced movement action adds utility beyond pure stat value, enabling charge-based positioning.
