The Sludge set items are scrapped together from discarded junk, trading social standing for marginal defense. Useful mainly as early filler or for sets that ignore CHA, but the cursed classification suggests there may be additional negative interactions. Part of the Sludge set with Sludge Mask and Sludge Hat.
