A rare face armor from The End, part of the Veiny set. Grants +1 Speed each time you deal damage to a Bleeding unit. The face slot piece of a late-game Bleed-payoff set, it stacks with the Veiny Necklace and Veiny Hat to triple the speed gain potential per hit against Bleeding enemies. Excellent in drawn-out fights where sustained Bleed application snowballs into a significant action advantage.
