The Creator Boss Guide

Overview

The Creator is the Adventure Boss of The Infinite, serving as the final boss of the entire game. This is the most complex boss fight in Mewgenics, featuring four distinct phases that test different aspects of your party's build and your tactical skills. The Creator has the most unique phases of any boss in the game and demands mastery of positioning, resource management, and status effect awareness.

Phase 1: The Creator (999 HP)

The Creator appears as an angelic being on a golden throne. During this phase, he is completely immune to all damage and status effects, and has no attacks of his own. Instead, he summons clones of your party members that fight against you. You must defeat all clones to progress. If you attack The Creator directly, he releases a full-screen pulse that knocks all units back one tile.

Focus on eliminating the most dangerous clones first. Your own cats replicated as enemies can deal devastating damage, so use crowd control to disable high-damage threats while you pick them off one by one.

Phase 2: The Destroyer (500 HP)

The Destroyer wields a shield and sword. His signature defensive mechanic activates after each hit: he raises his shield in the direction the attack came from, blocking all subsequent attacks from that angle. He moves twice per round and uses Holy Blast (a large area attack that triggers early if you attack during its telegraph) and Rise (resurrects downed units at end of round).

Attack from multiple angles to force the shield to rotate, or use stuns to prevent the directional blocking entirely. Sustained multi-angle pressure is more effective than concentrated fire from one direction.

Phase 3: The Destroyer Enraged (500 HP)

At half health or upon shield break, The Destroyer transforms: he gains a second sword, +4 Movement Up, and moves twice per round. He gains Precognition (+4 Backflip stacks for dodging) and uses Annihilate, a spinning 5-hit slash. This phase can be skipped entirely if you have the Fancy Bow equipped.

Phase 4: The Child (400 HP)

When The Destroyer falls, The Father (a 6-armed untargetable entity) appears and summons The Child in a glass jar. The Child cycles through three flame states, each with a 7-hit counter that ticks down by 1 each time The Child takes a hit. When the counter reaches zero, that spell fires and the rotation advances.

Red (Holy) telegraphs attack zones on damaging units and releases holy beams at zero. Blue (Pulse) moves toward attacking units and releases a non-damaging knockback pulse. Yellow (Wrath) targets all visible tiles and fires holy beams to every telegraphed area. Track the counter carefully and plan your attack cadence so dangerous spells fire when your team is positioned safely.

The Father slams all units to field edges at the end of every round, also spawning Cherubim corpses. Defeating revived Cherubim grants stat bonuses and items. Unlike earlier phases, downed cats cannot be resurrected during this phase, so protect your team carefully.
