Overview
Trampy is a miniboss found in The Junkyard alongside Can Creeper. Despite appearing chaotic, Trampy follows a fixed action sequence each round, making the fight predictable once you learn the pattern. With 4 turns per round and a 20% miss chance, Trampy cycles through spawning poop, spitting loogies, and scratching himself to spawn fleas.
Key Mechanics
Poop Spawn
Trampy spawns poop on adjacent tiles. If a unit occupies the target tile, it gets displaced and receives 2 stacks of Poison. Keep your cats away from tiles directly adjacent to Trampy to avoid being displaced and poisoned.
Loogie Spit
Trampy hocks a loogie at a target in range, inflicting Blind and Slow for 2 turns. A blinded and slowed cat loses significant effectiveness, so cleansing these debuffs quickly (or preventing them with range) is important.
Flea Spawning
Trampy scratches himself and spawns two Fleas. These are weak enemies, but they add up over multiple rounds. Clear fleas regularly with AoE or basic attacks to prevent the board from getting cluttered.
Strategy
Since Trampy's actions follow a set sequence, once you know the pattern you can anticipate what comes next and position accordingly. His 20% base miss chance also means some attacks will whiff naturally.
Maintain distance to avoid the poop displacement and poison. Ranged attackers can safely chip Trampy from outside his adjacent tile range. Use AoE abilities to clear fleas as they accumulate.
Save your strongest cooldowns for Chubs 'n' Nubs at the end of The Junkyard. Trampy should be handled with basic attacks and efficient low-cost abilities where possible.
