Disorder
Necrophage
At the start of your turn, if there's a dead body near you, move towards it and eat it to gain All Stats Up and heal 4 HP.
Necrophage compels your cat to seek out and consume dead bodies at the start of each turn. If there is a corpse near your cat, it will automatically move toward the body and eat it, gaining All Stats Up and healing 4 HP in the process. All Stats Up boosts every stat simultaneously, and the 4 HP heal provides sustain. However, the movement toward the corpse is involuntary, meaning you lose control of your cat's positioning when a body is nearby.
Necrophage is heritable and can pass from parent to kitten through breeding. It can also be acquired through events or applied with a Disorder Syringe from the Organ Grinder. The corpse-eating mechanic means Necrophage gets stronger in battles with more deaths, as each consumed body provides stacking All Stats Up buffs. Note that eating a corpse destroys it, preventing allies with revive abilities from resurrecting that unit. This creates tension between Necrophage's stat gains and your team's resurrection options.
Strategically, Necrophage excels in builds that generate lots of corpses, such as summon-heavy strategies or teams that fight large groups of weak enemies. Each enemy killed becomes fuel for stat growth and healing. Dark One (which damages all units, potentially creating corpses) pairs well by generating more bodies to consume. Avoid pairing Necrophage with Tainted Genes or Soulless on allies, as both prevent corpse creation. The involuntary movement can be a drawback if it pulls your cat out of position, so manage corpse locations carefully.
