Raven

Raven is a rare medium bonus bird encountered across all chapters of Mewgenics. A true neutral unit, it flies around the battlefield and will eventually flee the level if left alone. Unlike the peaceful Seagull and Turkey, the Raven is dangerous when confronted: it counterattacks any melee aggressor and inflicts the Madness status on struck targets, making melee engagement ill-advised. Ranged or indirect attacks are the safest approach. Defeating a Raven rewards the killing cat with +1 All Stats Up and a bonus chapter item. It may also drop the Raven Feather, a neck equipment piece that inflicts Soul Link on two random enemies at the start of each battle.
