Dreadnoughtus

Dreadnoughtus is the final boss of The Jurassic in Act 3, a colossal dinosaur so massive that it stays off-screen during the fight, with only its four legs visible on the battlefield. Named after the real-world titanosaur sauropod, this boss has 550 HP on its main body and presents one of the most visually spectacular encounters in the game. The sheer scale of Dreadnoughtus means the fight is structured entirely around bringing it down to ground level rather than fighting it head-on.

Since only Dreadnoughtus's legs are on the battlefield, you must focus all damage on one leg at a time to bring it down. When enough legs fall, the dinosaur's head comes crashing down for a one-round stun window where it has 1 Stun and cannot act. This is the only time you can deal real damage to the boss's main body. The legs attack with massive stomps and sweeping attacks that cover large areas of the battlefield, so positioning between legs and timing your attacks to bring the head down efficiently is the core challenge. The fight cycles between damaging legs and exploiting head-down stun windows.

Debuffs like Bruise are extremely valuable during the stun window, as they amplify the damage your entire party deals during the limited time the head is vulnerable. Entangle and other crowd control that keeps the head grounded can extend the damage window significantly. Save your strongest burst abilities for head-down phases rather than wasting them on legs. On defeat, Dreadnoughtus rewards unique class-themed weapons (except Jester) for each class that participated and survived. Its rare unique drops are Mega Poop (Neck, +4 Shield, -1 Speed, leave poop behind when you move, spawn 2-3 pickups when you destroy a poop) and Green Whistle (Trinket, Use: Summon a really big Leg), both thematically fitting rewards from this titanic beast.
