Incontinence

When you take damage, pee yourself.

Incontinence causes your cat to pee on itself whenever it takes damage. The urine spawns as a terrain effect on the tiles where the cat is standing, creating wet terrain that can interact with other game mechanics. While embarrassing for the cat, the pee puddles can have strategic implications depending on how the game's terrain system interacts with abilities, movement, and status effects.

Incontinence is heritable and can pass from parent to kitten through breeding. It can also be acquired through events or applied with a Disorder Syringe from the Organ Grinder. This disorder belongs to the hygiene-related category and shares mechanical space with other bodily function disorders like Crohn's Disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, and Dysentery. The trigger is reactive (on damage), meaning a cat that avoids getting hit will never trigger Incontinence.

Strategically, Incontinence is a mild nuisance that does not significantly impact combat performance. The pee terrain may interact with Scatological (heal when damaging poop/waste) depending on how the game classifies the fluid. For cats that take frequent hits, the constant terrain generation could clutter the battlefield. If you are building around bodily function synergies, Incontinence adds another terrain source, but on its own it is a low-impact disorder worth replacing with something more beneficial.
